Hotel "Gasthof zur Mühle" - since 1929
It all started 1929 when Jakob und Maria Nindl baught the mill of the Ramolds. But how did it continue? Take your time to read our unique chronicle. Our traditional 4* guest house in Kaprun is situated quietly, just 1 km outside the centre of Kaprun - with our own bus station right in front of the hotel. Submerge in our wellness center, have a relaxing bath in our well tempered pools and be pampered in our sauna area!

Die Chronik des Familienbetriebs
Am 15. Mai 1929 kauften Jakob und Maria Nindl die "Ramolds-Mühle" in Kaprun. Im damaligen Kaufvertrag war folgendes festgehalten:
"Gabriel Trixl verkauft sein auf die Konzessionsurkunde der Bezirkshauptmannschaft Zell am See vom 10. Jänner 1929, gegründetes Haus Nr. 38 in Kaprun betriebenes Gast- und Schankgewerbeunternehmen, mit allen wirtschaftlichen Vorteilen dieses Unternehmens und mit dem zugehörigen Kundenkreis."
Emmerenzia Nindl, geb. Wieser, 1921 in Kuchl am Apfelkochgut, heiratete am 7.Juni 1947 Johann Nindl. Der Ehe entsprangen sechs Kinder - Gottfried, Hans, Maria, Waltraud, Josef, Alois und mittlerweile 17 Enkel.
Am 21. Mai 1979 heiratete Gottfried Nindl, der sein Wirtschaftsstudium in Innsbruck erfolgreich beendet hat, Monika, geb. Metzler aus Bezau in Vorarlberg. Inzwischen sind es in der jüngsten Generation fünf Kinder - Gottfried, Christian, Bernadette, Marlies und Johannes - und ein Enkel Jonathan.
Tradition und Innovation verbinden das Gestern mit dem Heute und so ist die Mühle auch heute noch ein erfolgreicher Gasthof, der seit 1986 von Dr. Gottfried Nindl und seiner Frau Monika mit viel Energie und Enthusiasmus geführt wird.
Seit Generationen ist der Familienbetrieb "Zur Mühle" ein Inbegriff für gehobene Gastlichkeit. Das bäuerliche rustikale Ambiente bildet den stilvollen Rahmen zum Wohlfühlen und lädt ein zu verweilen.
